Established in 1985, STRIDE Adaptive Sports is a nonprofit organization that provides over 11,000 adaptive sport and recreation lessons each year to children & individuals with special needs. With a focus on education in individual lifetime sports, STRIDE has over 400 skilled volunteersport instructors, serves over 2,200 families, and offers programs in nineteen different sports and 28 regional locations in the Northeastern US.
