The Sheridan Prize for Art is a new, unique, historic, and inclusive series of prizes for living Bay Area visual artists. It is meant to celebrate the art of the Bay Area's 9 counties and begin a process of acknowledging and showcasing the best art being created in the Bay Area. Artists of many visual media and of underserved groups are welcome to submit their best work to win one of the 72 prizes in this series of art prizes to be awarded in open competition to Bay Area artists.
