Founded in 1978 by an inspired group of nurses who saw a critical need for quality end-of-life care, Hospice of Santa Cruz County is a pioneer in the hospice movement and regarded as the most experienced and largest hospice program in the region, with services provided throughout Santa Cruz County and northern Monterey County.
