Our Approach:
We address systemic barriers to health, education, and economic opportunity by bringing comprehensive services directly to those most in need. Our programs include job readiness training, GED completion, paid internships, mobile health screenings, wellness events, family enrichment, and resource distribution. By leveraging a unique joint venture with 2 C’s Express LLC, we combine nonprofit mission with business infrastructure, ensuring that all programs are sustainable, impactful, and accessible.
Key Programs and Services:
Workforce Development: Comprehensive job readiness training, career coaching, skills workshops, and direct job placement for youth and adults.
Mobile Wellness: On-site health screenings, wellness panels, infectious disease testing, and annual physicals delivered via mobile van and pop-up clinics.
Family & Community Support: Family Day events, back-to-school drives, and seasonal outreach with meals, book bags, hygiene kits, and more.
Reentry Initiatives: Support for individuals impacted by the justice system, including expungement assistance, VR/AI workforce training, mentorship, and job placement.
Community Partnerships: Collaboration with schools, employers, health organizations, and local nonprofits (e.g., ExtraMile Breast Cancer Foundation) to maximize reach and impact.
