AIREE (Aspiring Independent Real Estate Experts) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation, particularly within under-resourced communities. AIREE’s Four Pillars—Increased Representation, Attainable Housing, Sustainable Economic Development, and Technology Integration, empower Gen Y , Gen Z, and Veterans to build licensed careers, certified trades, and AI-driven innovation. Together, these pillars expand opportunity, revitalize communities, and ensure a more equitable, tech-forward real estate ecosystem for future generations.
