The Silent Warrior Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to its mission to reduce veteran and first responder suicide rates related to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and trauma related to duty.
Founded in 2016, the Silent Warrior Project hosts spiritual retreats for veterans, first responders, and their families, and provides tools to help them reduce stress through a daily practice of mindfulness meditation, contemplative silent reflection, reiki, tai chi, somatic bodywork and equine therapy. By helping veterans fully re-engage in their lives and be present with their loved ones, we can bring about hope, and healing. We heal
