UNCHAINED LOVE INC

Unchained Love Inc started with a single mission of rehoming Pit Bulls and advocating against BSL (Breed Specific Legislation). We show the community how loving Pit Bulls are by hosting multiple pack walks every year along with Pit Bull Awareness days.

Our goal is to help keep animals in their home rather than being surrendered to a shelter. When families with financial difficulties reach out to us for help, especially Military Veterans, we provide them with temporary pet food assistance and if our donated funds allow, we will assist them with paying for their pet to be spayed/neutered and receive a Rabies vaccination.
Unchained Love provides bite prevention education to the community along with educating dog owners on the harm of having a dog chained outside 24X7. We also provide basic pet training to assist with housebreaking, socializing their pet with humans and other pets along with basic obedience commands such as sit, stay, down, etc.

Our mission has grown to include:
- assisting pet owners with rehoming senior pets
- providing dog houses, straw and shade structures for pets that live outdoors
- cross posting found pets on social media to help reunite lost pets with their family
- offering low cost microchipping to the community
- offering a sanctuary to those pets that have reached hospice to give them quality of life to the end
- providing any assistance we can to help any companion animal, especially reptiles, birds, dogs and cats
- reducing the Ferrell cat population by participating in TNR (trap neuter release) programs
- assisting underfunded Animal Control Shelters by providing isolation kennels, vaccinations and encouraging animal standards with education and assistance
- in the future, assisting with providing a fenced in yard for those dogs that are chained/tethered 24X7

We’re trying to be a leader in pet rescue to protect our companion animals in our tristate area of Kentucky, southern Illinois and Tennessee.
