Acupuncturists Without Borders (AWB) vision is to provide disaster relief, foster recovery, and promote resilience in communities affected by natural disasters, human conflict, environmental devastation, poverty, and social injustice. We recognize that unresolved trauma not only impacts individual health but also the well-being of families, communities, and entire nations, often with lasting consequences that hinder cooperation and global unity.

Our strategy is to collaborate with local community-based organizations and provide treatment to all those impacted by traumatic events, including survivors, first responders, emergency personnel, and care providers. We offer services and training within local communities to ensure long-term, sustainable benefits after our departure. Our goal is to empower each community we serve in a manner that best supports their unique needs for rebuilding and recovery.
