Heroes' Movement is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that strengthens Veterans' physical and mental well-being through movement-based workouts and athletics.
We accomplish this goal by partnering with gyms nationwide to provide the training. The gym doesn't charge the Veterans; it promotes that Veterans train for free, and we reimburse the gyms for the sessions they train.
Every gym we partner with follows the post-traumatic stress (PTS) and traumatic brain injury (TBI) training guidelines to ensure our Veterans are taken care of. Our program is available to any aged Veteran from any of the branches. A VA disability rating is NOT required to join.
