Individual Counseling

At Shield Bearer Counseling Centers, individual counseling is designed to meet you right where you are—logistically, financially, and emotionally. We accept various insurance plans and, when needed, provide a sliding fee scale or scholarship so no one is turned away due to cost. You can meet a licensed counselor in-person at our main office or one of our nine satellite locations across Greater Houston, or opt for secure telehealth sessions from anywhere in Texas. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, with compassion and understanding guiding every conversation. Our goal: to help you find hope and healing, free from the obstacles that might otherwise keep you from care.
