To improve the lives of economically disadvantaged job seeking men by providing interview-appropriate clothing, interview and career coaching, sustainability services that ensure they have the tools needed to obtain and retain gainful employment.

The ultimate goal of CGH is to help men return to the workforce as gainfully employed citizens who live productive lives that are examples their families and role models in our communities. The men that are served are taking positive steps to better their circumstances. Each man served by CGH leaves with the support and confidence needed to see themselves as a successful individual. By supporting these men, we in turn help the women, the children, and the entire family becomes economically self-sufficient.
