Backgroung:
Founded by Veterans who served in Afghanistan together, RTBMO is more than a name. At the End of a Mission over the radio we'd hear "Romeo, Tango, Bravo"...Return to Base. Located half-a-world away, our Base was Home. We are dedicated to ensuring RTBMO creates that Feeling of Home to those we continue to serve...our fellow Veterans and Veteran Families.
Return to Base of Missouri Values include:
- Providing for our Fellow Veterans and Veteran Families. We are committed to offering at no cost experiences that have sustained our own Veteran bonds since returning home.
- Building Outstanding Outdoor Experiences. From our base camp that is surrounded by The Mark Twain National Forest. Experiences camping, hiking, boating or floating, fishing and hunting.
- Empowering a Feeling of Returning Home. We are dedicated to build and continually perfect our base camp and wildlife refuge so all Veterans and Veterans Families feel at home, empowered and supported.
Donations and Support:
All Levels of Support Will Be Critical to Accomplish the Mission of RTBMO. Whether small or larger donations, the funds will be used to provide everything from food and drinks, essential outdoor equipment like canoes and cots to major items like supporting the cost of building and maintaining cabins and small vehicles at the basecamp.
