The Loom takes a holistic approach to providing essential resources for underserved
BIPOC Oakland creatives, while enriching and preserving the unique cultural tapestry of
the area. We serve people across all ages and demographics in the creative, cultural, and
wellness spaces, and provide first and foremost a safe area for these individuals to
gather. By providing affordable space to community members, a resource priced at a
premium in the Bay Area, we are furthering free expression and supporting groups who
need it the most.
