To provide a minimum of three (3) $2,500 scholarships to active duty and veterans, with honorable discharges, of the United States Marine Corps and Navy FMF Corpsmen and their families that reside in Collin County TX to assist in defraying the expense of college. The scholarships are in three (3) categories: 1st Responders, JROTC senior cadets and any accredited university, community college or vocational program.
