KEYSTONE DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Keystone Development Center was started in 2019. It is a 501(c)(3) corporation that provides direct services to assist individuals and families through various resources to overcome challenges and to become self-sufficient through education, training, and community services. We address the needs of three main components: family literacy, workforce development, and human services.

We seek to aggressively battle poverty, by promoting growth and development through literacy, workforce training and certifications and other resources such as rental and utility assistance, housing for the homeless, food bank, mental health, and veteran services. We create plans to meet the identified needs and to combat, unemployment, underemployment, poor physical, emotional, and cognitive development, and for any cause of literacy as identified by the U.S. Department of Education.
