CENTER FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL STUDIES

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to fostering the entrepreneurial spirit among youth and young adults aged 10-24 in rural Maine. Our mission is to equip them with the essential tools and resources needed to initiate and expand their own businesses. We firmly believe in the transformative power of entrepreneurship to effect positive change in society. In addition to imparting entrepreneurial skills, our programs also instill valuable business acumen and work skills that can benefit individuals throughout their careers. While not every participant may choose to pursue entrepreneurship immediately, cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset fosters a deeper understanding of business challenges. This approach contributes to the development of well-rounded individuals who appreciate the dynamics of business culture. The skills acquired through our programs translate seamlessly to employment, fostering exemplary relationships between employees and employers.
