Rebuilding Together of the Triangle

The mission of Rebuilding Together of the Triangle is repairing homes, revitalizing communities, rebuilding lives. Maintaining and preserving existing, owner-occupied homes is an essential component of every community’s housing strategy. We work to preserve affordable homeownership through repairs, accessibility modifications, and home performance upgrades for low-income homeowners with household incomes less than 65% of the average median income in their county. Most are seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, or families with young children living in homes deemed unsafe or harmful to their health.

Hundreds of Triangle-area homeowners live in unacceptable conditions without the means to move or to improve their environment. Rebuilding Together of the Triangle makes critical health and safety repairs for more than 200 local homeowners each year across Wake, Durham, Orange and Chatham counties. Still, more than 800 households are on our waiting list. They need your help.
