The Eagle's Nest of St Clair County, also known as, the Joseph Center is a 501© 3, founded in 1997, dedicated to improving the health, welfare, and economic independence of homeless veterans. The Joseph Center program is a twenty-six (26) bed transitional housing center that affords practical services for homeless veterans striving for self-sufficiency. The agency is located in East St Louis, Illinois and provides transitional housing, intensive case management, transportation, healthy meals and snacks, clothing, hygiene products, laundry facility, counseling, and employment assistance to resident veterans. The program includes trauma informed care and wrap-around services and support to meet veterans where they are.
