JBS TRANSITION EXPERTS

VetCTAP provides free job search skills training and coaching for senior-level transitioning military, veterans, and spouses (10+ years in the military). This innovative, 8-module workshop series (27+ hours) includes interactive classes on resume writing, networking skills (with practice), mock interviews (including feedback), one-on-one coaching, and more.

These workshops results in participants successfully translating their valuable military skills for application in today's tough civilian/corporate job market so they obtain a new career in the civilian workplace. We have over 90% success rate with our graduates.

We are unique in several ways:
*We offer our workshop series at night, so active duty military can attend.
*Our volunteers are primarily Human Resources and Business Professionals who understand today’s tough job market.
*Our classroom size is small (under 20), so we can provide individualized attention.
*Our workshop series is virtual and we serve veterans and spouses all over the world!
*We provide pre/post assessments and include on-going assignments that need to be completed for graduation.
*We provide assistance AFTER the workshops.
