Prayukti Arts’ is an art organization based out of Sunnyvale, CA. It was established with
the mission of creating an inclusive art space that nurtures South Asian performing arts
while fostering creativity, collaboration, and cultural engagement. Through thoughtfully
curated programs, we aim to empower artists, connect communities, and celebrate the
depth and diversity of Indian artistic traditions.
Prayukti’s mission aligns closely with IAM’s goals of empowering projects that foster
community, civic participation, and cultural engagement. Prayukti Arts serves as a
catalyst for the same by providing platforms for upcoming, emerging and established
artists to share their work and engage with audiences across generations and
backgrounds. Our programs are carefully curated to bridge gaps between performers,
learners, and audience.
Through our varied artist programs, humans of the art series, community and
educational initiatives, we provide artists, audience and students a common platform to
meet, connect, grow, collaborate, and discover. We are driven by the belief that art is for
everyone. Our goal is to help our community members discover their unique connection
to the arts—and, in doing so, to themselves. This, in turn, nurtures meaningful, long-
lasting relationships and supports our vision of a strong, unified community brought
together by a shared love for the arts.
Our commitment extends to creating a sustainable arts ecosystem. By fairly
compensating artists, supporting emerging talent, and creating immersive cultural
experiences, Prayukti ensures that the value of south asian art is both recognized and
celebrated.
