Upstream is a bold new podcast that invites you to unlearn everything you thought you knew about economics. It was founded in 2016 by Della Duncan and Robert Raymond with the goal of making economics more accessible and broadening the traditional understanding of what economics is. Many of our societal and planetary problems can be traced back to our current economic system – and although sometimes it may seem like there are no alternatives, it is Upstream’s intention to demonstrate that there is. They do this through hour long episodes featuring informative and candid interviews, rich sound design, field recordings, great music, and touching narratives.
