Center for Employment Training is a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit education organization dedicated to fighting poverty by making quality skill training available to veterans and adults of all educational levels and backgrounds, especially those most in need and hardest to serve.
Since 1967, CET has been a leader in career and technical education, human development and workforce innovation that accelerate an individual's skills and builds pathways to economic independence. CET has successfully trained and assisted in placing more than 200,000 students in the workforce.
Founded in San José, California, CET is a nationally accredited institution that provides quality, affordable, industry relevant career and technical education to communities across the U.S. CET is accredited by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education, licensed by the Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education, and approved and regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission Career Schools & Colleges.
