FOUNDATION OF THE WOMEN OF IRISH HERITAGE JERSEY SHORE INC

The Foundation of The Women of Irish Heritage Jersey Shore, Inc, is a non-profit, not-denomination organization. It is chartered to promote, to foster and to advance Irish culture, social and philanthropic activities.

Our organization raises funds to contribute to educational, charitable, religious, or public-spirited purposes to benefit an indeterminate number of persons. We give scholarships to high school seniors who will be attending college. We give donations to local people who suffer devastating losses. We send out Christmas donations to many local charities. We designate monthly donations to food pantries, animal shelters, mother and child organizations. We have members in the knitting club who make items for veterans and children. We write cards to veterans in hospice. We volunteer where ever we can.
