To save lives from suicide by creating a platform for conversations, sharing life-saving resources, and by spreading light and kindness.
We bring the You Matter message to communities and schools to help educate youth and all those suffering from anxiety and depression to know they are loved, valued and there are people to help them. We provide free stickers and bracelets with the 988 suicide and crises lifeline to anyone who wants them. We also raise funds for suicide awareness benches which are placed at schools, colleges and parks.
