This Giving Tuesday, Bridle Up Hope San Jose is raising funds to replace our 45-year-old saddles, a much-needed upgrade for the health and safety of our riders and horses.
Bridle Up Hope is an equine-assisted learning nonprofit in the foothills of San Jose. Our mission is to build hope, confidence, and resilience in girls and women through horses and habits and it’s working! So far, 65 participants have completed our program, and we’re just getting started.
This Giving Tuesday, we’re raising funds to replace our 45-year-old saddles. This upgrade will improve the comfort, health, and safety of both our riders and the horses who make our mission possible. The current saddles are heavy and worn, making them difficult for participants to handle and tough on our aging horses’ backs.
We’re hoping you’ll consider sponsoring a new Circle Y saddle, a family-owned brand known for its quality and durability. These lighter, well-padded saddles will make a world of difference for our horses.
As a thank-you, a nameplate will be mounted on the saddle’s cantle, permanently recognizing your generosity.
Each saddle costs $3,500, and all donations are 100% tax-deductible. It’s a meaningful way to give back this Giving Tuesday and your support truly helps our program thrive.
