D’zz Spot Reptarium & Educational Center Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is expanding its transformative work in reptile conservation, community education, and rescue outreach. This multi-phase project establishes a dynamic hub where education meets empathy—combining immersive exhibits, hands-on learning, and sanctuary spaces for exotic reptile rehabilitation. Our mission is to foster connection, respect, and stewardship for often misunderstood species, empowering people of all ages to care for the natural world.
Project Components
- Reptarium Building Construction
A climate-controlled facility designed to house reptile ambassadors and rescued animals in naturalistic enclosures, integrating species-specific wellness, enrichment, and safety features.
- Educational Center
A flexible learning space tailored for school visits, community workshops, hands-on STEM ( Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning, and wildlife conservation training.
- Rescue Intake & Rehabilitation Wing
A specialized area dedicated to the safe intake, evaluation, and rehabilitation of sick, injured, or surrendered non-native and captive-bred reptiles—with veterinary support and quarantine protocols.
- Landscaping & Outdoor Education Zones
Pollinator-friendly gardens, wildflower fields, and sensory-friendly areas that invite visitors into nature, while offering calm reflection spots and interpretive signage for outdoor learning.

Inspiring curiosity and compassion through reptile-focused science, art, and environmental storytelling.
- Rescue & Advocacy
Providing safe haven to hundreds of displaced non-native and captive-bred reptiles annually while educating the public on ethical pet ownership.
- Inclusive Outreach
Designing accessible and inclusive spaces for individuals of all abilities, including wheelchair-accessible areas and sensory-sensitive installations.
- Veteran & Memorial Integration
Featuring tribute installations like the Veterans Memorial Brick Program to honor heroes while supporting conservation education.
Funding Goals
Initial target: $1,500 + tags/taxes for a small bus with wheelchair lift to support the Mobile Ambassador Animals Educational Exhibit.
Long-term goal: $100,000 for construction, equipment, and habitat landscaping.
