TORPEDO (Tactical Ocean Reintegration Project: Exploring Diagnostic Options) is a veteran-led documentary and research initiative dedicated to exploring how ocean environments, adaptive watersports, and shared expedition experiences can improve human performance, resilience, and reintegration for veterans and first responders.
Through immersive, expedition-based storytelling, TORPEDO follows veterans as they engage in ocean-based challenges—sailing, diving, paddling, surfing, fishing and beyond—while contributing to field-driven research examining the effects of environmental exposure, physical activity, and community connection on physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
By combining authentic storytelling with measurable impact, TORPEDO aims to shift the narrative around veteran reintegration—highlighting strength, capability, and purpose—while creating scalable models for healing, connection, and continued service.
