High School Junior ROTC Scholarships
op MILITARY OFFICERS ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA CENTRAL FLORIDA CHAPTER PHThe Military Officers Association of American (MOAA) is dedicated to preserving earned benefits for military members, veterans, retirees, survivors, and their families while promoting strong national defense and community service. Our local chapter serves veterans throughout Central Florida by providing information, advocacy, scholarship support, community outreach, networking opportunities and assistance to military families facing challenges. We are seeking corporate partners who share our commitment to leadership, service, and community responsibility. Sponsorship support directly assists programs that impact veterans and their families, including:
*Veterans assistance and outreach programs
*Educational scholarships and youth leadership initiative
*Military family support activities
*Community service projects benefiting veterans and local citizens
*Legislative advocacy protecting earned military and veteran benefits

MOAA's highest priority is providing first class service to our members, families and community at-large. We are an independent, nonprofit, politically nonpartisan organization and leading voice on compensation, benefits matters, and supporting higher education for all members of the military community. Annually, Central Florida MOAA desires to donate 20,000 thousand dollars to support 35 area Junior ROTC High School programs. Junior ROTC Students who meet rigorous eligible requirements are awarded $1000 scholarships to help offset the cost of higher education at a University or College ROTC programs. Our goal is to encourage High School ROTC youth to lead the next generation of Officers in the military.
