Powerful earthquakes struck Turkey and Syria, leaving more than 4,300 people dead, destroying thousands of buildings, and prompting a massive rescue operation. The initial 7.8-magnitude quake was felt across four countries on Monday morning. It was followed by aftershocks and then a 7.5-magnitude earthquake in the afternoon. Homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure have been destroyed under layers of rubble. We have created this fund to provide relief to survivors through emergency supplies like food, water, and medicine, in addition to longer-term recovery assistance to help residents in Turkey and Syria recover and rebuild.
