Sierra HOPE is a community based organization serving Amador, Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties in the Central Sierra Foothills of California. Originally founded in 1990 to address the needs of local residents affected by HIV and AIDS, services have been expanded to include a community food pantry, supportive housing programs, and emergency assistance for housing and utilities for low-income and disabled residents.
