ReachBack Foundation Inc has a life and community changing opportunity to purchase this facility. The building total combined square footage is 37,968 and sits on 4.21 acres of land. The building will have a major impact on the community by providing the following opportunities and services. Nursing school Housing for women and children, School, Retail Store, Food Pantry, Event Venue, Church, Culinary Arts Certification, STEM Training, Construction Boot Camp, Cosmetology Training, Choir/ Band Classes, Ballet/ Cultural Dance Classes, Sewing class, Physical Fitness, Charter School and Basketball & Football Camps. All of these programs will create jobs and financial support for the community and other local businesses.

Culinary Arts Course: Students will learn the skills of preparing meals and baking for faculty and students. They will also prepare meals for distribution at senior facilities and for kids in undeserved communities. Hot plate program provides free hot meals for kids after school and on the weekends. All students will get a food handler certification and job placement at completion of the course.

Construction Boot Camp: Classroom and on the job training for boys and men 16-45. This will allow the opportunity to gain employment in a high demand and fast growing industry that pays a living wage.

STEM Program: Students will learn Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. STEM related jobs have the greatest potential for job growth and pay above eighty thousand dollars a year this will allow the students to advance their social economic lifestyle and become self-sufficient .

Cosmetology Training: Students will learn how to cut, color, perm and relax hair. This training will give the students the opportunity to become a salon owner and the ability to work in a salon.

Sewing Class: Teach technical skills to create beautiful clothing and accessories that will give them the opportunity to become a fashion designer, own a tailor store or work in a manufacturing company.

Choir/ Band/ Dance Program: The students will learn and develop the skills of singing , dancing and playing instruments in concerts and competition. This will build self-esteem and scholarship opportunities.

Physical Fitness Training: Design to improve physical health through exercise and nutritional dietary changes. Students will learn how to prepare and cook healthy meals on a budget.

Basketball/ Football Training: Will train and develop the kids mentally and physically to improve their athletic ability. They will compete in tournaments and have to maintain good grades and behavior to be on the team. This will give the kids a safe, positive environment and the ability to get a scholarship to attend college.

K-12 Charter School: Empowers teachers to provide innovative , high quality instructions that will create an interest in learning and the ability to become an exceptional student in and out of the classroom. They will be taught the skills needed to graduate from high school and to attend college or trade school. The leadership program will give the students the critical skills need to excel as future leaders.

Retail Store: Allow job opportunities and generate income to sustain the facility.

Housing Facility: As a result of Covid19 there is a major increase in homelessness for women and children. This facility will provide temporary housing while the mother seeks employment and gets job training which allows them to become self- sufficient and get permanent housing.

Church: A place of worship, learn about Jesus Christ, connect physically and spiritually to Jesus Christ, a place of refuge and spiritual guidance.

Event Venue: Workshops, community engagement, counseling services for mental, financial literacy, family GED classes. Events and banquets can utilize this facility that will generate income from the rental of the building.

Food Pantry: Will provide onsite sales and free mobile food distributions for seniors, veteran, homeless and distressed communities in Orange, Seminole and Polk Counties. We provided food for over a hundred thousand people during the 2020 Covid19 Pandemic.

The cost to save and change lives for generations and in three different Communitiesis priceless.
The cost to purchase this facility, make necessary repairs and install a commercial kitchen is $10,000,000. We are a 501c3 nonprofit and all contributions are tax deductible.
