CAPT WILLIAM LYTLE DAR

We are a Tennessee Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. We are a nonprofit, nonpolitical volunteer women's service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history and securing America's future through better education.

We are a charitable Organization IRC 501 (c)(3). All donations given to the Captain William Lytle DAR are used to further the objectives of the organization. A short list of our activities include: offering supplies to schools in this area, giving special awards to outstanding teachers and students, publicizing scholarship information, collecting and distributing donations to veterans, conducting honor activities for veterans, promoting patriotism with special activities to honor special historical events and working to maintain and preserve our historic sites.
