To enhance the quality of life for older adults, Veterans, people with disabilities, and their families by providing access to compassionate caregivers and supportive service personnel.
SCHAS' provides compassionate in-home care and case management for older adults, Veterans, and people with disabilities. Services help individuals remain safe in their homes and include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, grocery shopping, and respite care. SCHAS focuses on meeting each client’s unique needs so they can age in place. SCHAS is the only caregiving agency in Tennessee that bases service costs on a client’s net income through its Equitable Access Care Program.
