With ACECF assistance, the Army will provide at least 275 men, women, and children experiencing homelessness with safe, temporary housing, meals, case management, housing search, substance abuse counseling, and budget counseling, and provide 10 adult residents with financial assistance for tuition, textbooks, supplies, transportation, child care, and rental assistance. Additionally, this specific request includes support for upgrades in security -- a security system, panic buttons, and improved security measures in the reception area.
