The Veterans Navigation Center helps every veteran thrive, live a successful civilian life, and achieve their personal, professional, and family goals by navigating their access to benefits and services and removing any barriers they may have encountered during or after military service or in early transition.

The Veterans Navigation Center provides a caring veteran partner to vets who may need extra help in accessing services due to the life and mental health challenges they are facing. This Veteran Peer Navigator becomes a wingman or shipmate to the struggling veteran, providing resources, encouraging participation in one’s own recovery, and providing accountability for the veteran, restoring self-confidence and enabling the veteran to become more resilient, problem solving and self-sustaining.
