Veteran & Community Whole Health Program – Medical Ministries
op MEDICAL MINISTRIES INCMedical Ministries’ Whole Health Program provides free, comprehensive medical care, mental health support, food assistance, transportation, and family stability services to underserved families and veterans across South Carolina. This project expands our monthly Whole Health Days—high-impact events that bring doctors, nurses, mental health counselors, benefits navigators, and support teams directly into the community.
Each event includes clinical screenings, chronic disease management, crisis counseling, preventive care, food box distribution, veteran transportation, children’s support services, and resource navigation. We serve individuals who face significant barriers to healthcare, including rural residents, low-income families, seniors, and veterans disconnected from VA services.
This project supports 12 Whole Health Days annually, helping more than 5,000 individuals receive medical, emotional, and practical support at no cost. Funds will strengthen onsite care, expand food and transportation assistance, increase access to mental health services, and help families stabilize through essential supplies and benefits navigation.
Your support empowers Medical Ministries to bring high-quality, compassionate healthcare directly to those who need it most—removing financial, geographic, and systemic barriers. Every contribution goes directly toward improving community health, reducing crisis-level emergencies, and building a healthier, more resilient region for all.
