No One Left Behind (NOLB) is the oldest charitable organization dedicated to evacuating, resettling, and advocating for America's Afghan and Iraqi wartime allies eligible for Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs).

Through its Evacuation Program, NOLB guides allies through the SIV application process, provides legal case assistance, delivers financial aid for essential needs, and shares expert guidance on navigating volatile security conditions. In 2025, evacuation flights brought 3,321 allies—731 families—to safety in the United States; to date, over 9,100 allies have received evacuation assistance.

Through its Resettlement Program, allies arriving in the United States receive immediate and long-term assistance to establish stable lives. Grants covering housing, medical care, and food security totaled $255,878 in 2025, supporting 400 allies. An additional $1,400,000 in vehicle and education loans enables allies to build sustainable futures. NOLB connects allies to career and community integration resources for long-term stability. To date, over 13,000 allies have received resettlement assistance.

Through its Advocacy Program, NOLB leads efforts at all levels of the U.S. government to uphold commitments made to wartime allies. The Partners in the Promise program mobilizes Americans nationwide to contact Members of Congress and the White House, publish letters to the editor, and share allies' stories. NOLB has championed legislation including the Fulfilling Promises to Afghan Allies Act and the Afghan Adjustment Act and has contributed to the enactment of eight National Defense and Appropriations bills that resulted in over 22,000 visas for Afghan and Iraqi allies.
