The goal of Phase Two is to build coalition capacity and unify acrossthe various sub-specialities into a powerful campaign to pass planet-saving legislation in 2021. Our 2020 Action Plan includes:
1. Mobilizing advocacy organizations and businesses across sectors to work collectively on federal climate policy.
2. Activating citizens to directly contact and secure co-sponsors for 5-10 existing federal bills from the Digest.
3. Educating experts and the public on policy solutions to grow mass support for federal action and the transition.
