One Level Up Foundation’s 8-week workforce-readiness program equips transition-age young adults with practical digital and career skills. Participants receive training in digital literacy, practical AI skills, Microsoft and Google productivity tools, résumé and LinkedIn development, interview preparation, professional communication, job-search skills, individual coaching, and portfolio development.
Purpose / impact:
Funds support participant technology access, training materials, curriculum, instructors, coaching, and other direct program costs that help young adults build skills for employment and greater economic stability.
