Abrazos Network, Inc. is a community-rooted nonprofit dedicated to supporting caregivers, patients, veterans, and families throughout Northeast Florida. We serve individuals affected by cancer, dementia, chronic illnesses, disabilities, and other life-altering circumstances by providing practical assistance, emotional support, advocacy, resource connections, and community-based outreach.

Our programs are designed to reduce isolation, ease financial and caregiving burdens, and promote dignity, hope, and well-being. Through care packages, family support initiatives, educational resources, and community partnerships, we work to ensure that no one has to navigate illness, caregiving, or hardship alone.
