Our Service Model
1. We provide personalized services. When veterans come into a resource center, they are assigned a coach who will be their “battle buddy" through every step of their life transition.
2. We provide holistic services. With their coach's help, veterans identify barriers that affect their life transitions, then identify and gain access to the resources that will help them overcome the barriers.
3. We provide rapid response services when necessary. If a veteran is facing a crisis situation, we act quickly to address the crisis, and then follow-up until the veteran's situation has stabilized.
