Clients remain in Guildhaus Level 3.1 treatment for typically 90 days. While in treatment each client receives the following treatment services:
• Five hours of clinical treatment per week
• Onsite drug and alcohol testing
• Relapse prevention planning
• Re-connect/linkage with employment
• Onsite 12 step meetings & attainment of a 12 step program sponsor. Access to 12 step meetings in our community to build a sober support network and to obtain a sponsor
• Case management services, such as, assessment & referrals for medical and/or psychological services
• Guildhaus is currently under contract with the Veterans Administration to provide long term Residential Extended Care and Recovery Home treatment to veterans with substance use disorders & co-occurring mental health disorders.
Guildhaus clinical treatment staff includes:
• Two Certified (CADC) Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counselors
• Medical Director
• Clinical Director
• Licensed Dietician Nutritionist
• Executive Director
Admission requirements for Guildhaus residents includes the following criteria:
• Adult males (minimum age requirement is 18)
• Must be medically & psychiatrically stable (no risk of severe withdrawal)
• Meet ASAM (Level 3.1) Admission Criteria & DSM 5 substance use disorders criteria
• Must demonstrate sufficient motivation & participation while in treatment
As part of aftercare & discharge planning, clients who need ongoing recovery support may transition to Guildhaus (16 bed) DHS/SUPR licensed Recovery Home upon successful completion of Level 3.1 (Halfway House) treatment. This allows client’s to remain engaged in ongoing recovery support services while residing in a safe and structured living environment.
