We are building a secure, veteran-only social network designed to transform the way U.S. veterans connect with one another, access critical resources, and engage with their local communities. Today, veterans face a fragmented landscape of support. Services are scattered across hundreds of organizations, websites, offices, and platforms—many outdated, unverified, or difficult to navigate. Too many veterans slip through the cracks because access to help is overwhelming, confusing, or buried behind layers of bureaucracy. Too many are isolated, unsure where to turn, or unaware of the benefits and opportunities already available to them.
SAVETS was created to fix that.
Our mission is to bring everything a veteran needs into one trusted, secure, private digital home. We are building a platform that verifies veteran status, protects privacy, and provides a centralized HUB where veterans can connect with peers, find trusted support, discover programs, and strengthen their sense of belonging—no matter where they live or what stage of life they are in.
At its core, SAVETS will function as a modern social network, but with an entirely different purpose. Instead of selling data, chasing trends, or flooding users with noise, SAVETS is designed to solve real problems in the veteran community. This platform is built from the ground up to restore connection, empower informed decision-making, and make help easier to find. We are creating a space where veterans can speak openly with others who understand their experiences, access verified resources without searching endlessly, and discover activities, events, and programs that rebuild community and identity after service.
The foundation of SAVETS is connection. Veterans will be able to find each other through interest groups, branch-specific communities, mentorship channels, skill-sharing forums, and localized networks. Whether a veteran is looking for camaraderie, job leads, mental-health support, outdoor groups, volunteer opportunities, or simply someone to talk to, SAVETS will be the place where they can find it—quickly, safely, and without judgment.
The second core feature is our comprehensive HUB of services. This will be a living, expanding database of resources, programs, benefits, nonprofits, crisis lines, recreational groups, treatment options, job assistance programs, VA information, legal support, and statewide veteran services. Instead of searching dozens of websites or relying on outdated pamphlets, veterans will be able to open SAVETS and immediately find what they need. Our team will continually update, verify, and expand resources to ensure accuracy, relevance, and clarity. This HUB will also include educational content, step-by-step guides, video explainers, veteran stories, and tools that help users understand how to access programs they qualify for.
The third pillar is community integration. SAVETS is not just an online space; it is a bridge back into real-world community. We are building partnerships with local organizations, businesses, veteran-friendly events, outdoor programs, wellness providers, and recreational groups. Through these partnerships, veterans will be able to discover activities happening near them: rides, hikes, volunteer days, workshops, support groups, coffee meetups, family-friendly events, athletic leagues, and more. Veterans who feel isolated will be able to reconnect not just digitally but socially—strengthening the sense of belonging and purpose that is so essential in preventing veteran suicide and supporting long-term well-being.
This platform will also house spaces for peer-to-peer encouragement, professional networking, educational opportunities, skill development, and leadership pathways. Veterans will be empowered to help one another, share insight, support new members, mentor younger veterans, and uplift those navigating hardship. A veteran community is strongest when veterans lead it—and SAVETS is designed to give them the tools to do exactly that.
But to build this platform correctly—to make it secure, private, user-friendly, scalable, and sustainable—we need financial support. A project of this magnitude requires careful planning, professional development, skilled engineers, data security infrastructure, database integration, staff oversight, and ongoing operational costs. Unlike traditional social networks, SAVETS will not sell user data, host ads, or charge veterans membership fees. Our commitment is to remain completely free for every verified U.S. veteran. That means the only way to bring this platform to life the right way is through donor-driven funding.
Financial contributions directly support:
Platform development: secure login, military verification systems, private communication tools, resource databases, and user-friendly interfaces.
Data security and privacy protections: advanced cybersecurity measures, encrypted communication, fraud prevention, and ongoing monitoring.
The SAVETS Resource HUB: constant updating, vetting, organizing, and expanding of nationwide veteran services.
Community partnerships: outreach, coordination, and integration with veteran-friendly programs and events across the country.
Operations and staffing: developers, researchers, veteran support staff, and administrative stability.
Content development: educational materials, guides, resource explainers, and mental-health navigation tools.
Platform maintenance: regular updates, bug fixes, scaling needs, feature expansions, and server capacity.
Our goal is not simply to launch another website. We are building something that has never existed before: a unified, trusted, private, nationwide digital ecosystem for veterans—a one-stop network where help is easy to find, friendship is easy to build, and community is only one click away.
Every dollar contributed helps us build a stronger, safer future for those who served. By supporting SAVETS, donors are investing in veteran empowerment, suicide prevention, community rebuilding, resource access, and long-term stability for millions of veterans who need support but don’t always know where to find it.
SAVETS is more than a platform. It is a lifeline, a community, and a promise: no veteran has to navigate life after service alone. We are committed to making this platform a reality, but we cannot do it without financial support from people and organizations who believe in creating real, measurable change.
Your support builds the infrastructure that brings veterans together. Your support turns isolation into connection. Your support transforms confusion into clarity. Your support puts critical resources in the hands of those who earned them. And your support helps us create a space where veterans can find leadership, purpose, friendship, healing, and hope.
We invite you to join us in building SAVETS. Together, we can create a central HUB that connects veterans to each other, to trusted services, and to the communities that need them. With your help, we can ensure that every veteran—regardless of age, branch, or background—has immediate access to the support, belonging, and opportunities they deserve.
