Hanaeleh

Hanaeleh is a 100% volunteer-run non-profit horse rescue in Orange County. We have been accredited by the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries. We work to rescue and rehabilitate horses, and adopt out those who are healthy and have training. We also work to educate the public about equine-related advocacy issues.

Hanaeleh currently sits on 2 acres in Orange County, and is home to 14 horses. Hanaeleh works to rehabilitate horses and find them new, loving homes. We also provide a permanent home to those horses who need sanctuary. Hanaeleh also will help to network horses not at Hanaeleh who need homes free-of-charge. In addition to rescuing horses, Hanaeleh hosts an Equine Assisted Coaching (EAC) program, which helps military veterans who are having issues acclimating back into civilian life. Hanaeleh is a verified horse rescue by the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries.
