Huntington County

The Veterans Service Office was established for the purpose of assisting veterans, their widows, spouses and dependents in making application for federal, state and local benefits. Additionally, the Veterans Service Office offers certain services to Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve and Retired Military Personnel.

This grant funding will be used to assist veterans who may not qualify for other forms of emergency financial assistance. Examples of eligible needs include urgent vehicle repairs, emergency roof repairs, or utility disconnections. These funds will be available to support veterans facing critical, time-sensitive situations, helping to stabilize their living conditions and improve their overall quality of life. Ultimately, this funding will ensure that veterans in need receive the support they deserve.
