Latina Excellence is a heart-centered initiative created by Latinas, for Latinas, to build intentional spaces where mujeres can thrive both professionally and personally. Now in its fourth year, our sold-out annual brunch has evolved into a movement that uplifts culture, entrepreneurship, community, and each woman’s personal definition of success.
Beyond the brunch, Latina Excellence is expanding into year-round programming, including Amigas Circles (peer mentorship), business & leadership coaching, and community and resource events, to provide ongoing spaces of connection, mentorship, access, and growth.
