In 2015, two friends started a radio show in San Francisco call Back Pocket. On-air banter and a love for narrative soul music set the stage to collect and explore stories from the city. This sparked the development of Back Pocket Presents, a curated storytelling event with an emphasis on the beautiful strangeness of the human condition – explored through narrative, multimedia, and art.
