Purpose:
Our intent is to honor and assist the healing of the hard-working men and women of the U.S. Military, First Responders, and Veterans. We provide temporary relief from stressors, and triggers they have and continue to endure on daily basis. PTSD, depression, and addiction are just some of the struggles these Men and Women are experiencing. Mental Health is crucial for everyone’s overall well-being. It affects our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. We believe this form of adrenaline therapy will boost morale, increase energy, and improve the outlook on life by engaging the individual in an outdoor, physical, and fun experience. Based on our experience, adrenaline therapy provides rest to the mind, body, and soul.
What we do:
We place the Veteran, Military Personnel or First Responder into an off-road vehicle (UTV) as a passenger to give them an adrenaline rush. We travel through rugged mountain terrain, stroll through the northern greenery forest, speed up in the never-ending deserts while plowing through vicious water ways and streams, for a day full of adventure. We treat all riders as team members, as one of our own. We demonstrate teamwork, leadership, direction, communication, problem solving and decision making. We also engage all personal in huddles and debriefs to get their feedback, this allows the veteran to regain a sense of normalcy that ultimately frees them from the noise that surrounds their minds every day.
Who we are:
We are a group of dedicated volunteer civilians and veterans from all over Arizona. We get together on weekends and enjoy trail riding, meeting new people, initiate long lasting friendships and memories that last forever. We love this beautiful state and want to continue getting to know every corner. Our passion is to help expand the feel and adrenaline rush of trail riding by presenting this opportunity to Military, First Responders, and Veterans, and hope that this ultimately brings a healing experience. We are forever grateful for the commitment and sacrifice made by members of our military. first responders and veterans.
Summary:
This experience builds confidence, creates a network of support, improves communication skills, and provides an encouraging environment for all. These events improve quality of life, mental health, and bring everyone together in a fun and positive environment. Adrenaline Therapy is such a positive experience, the breath-taking views, the iconic places we visit, the comradery, while being surrounded by nature. This provides for a continued opportunity to challenge themselves, as some of the Military, First Responders and Veterans haven't experienced since their service ended. This is just a small token of our gratitude for all their hard work and dedicated service.
