7 STARS RANCH INC

7 Stars Ranch is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization based at the Northern Lights Cutting Center on 217 acres north of Duluth, MN. 7 Stars Ranch offers youth development programming that builds confidence, respect, and well-being. Directed by JoLynn McDonald, 7 Stars Ranch provides premier training and education in cutting techniques, which involves working in tandem with a horse to sort and maneuver cattle. Participants can choose to learn for the purpose of competition, enjoyment, and skill building with horses that have been exquisitely trained. Beyond skill building and competition, these programs provide participants with meaningful, safe experiences that build respect, empathy for people and animals, confidence, and nourish their sense of self and community.
7 Stars Ranch programs have been developed and executed for both youth development and veteran development with great success! These programs work for other groups also such as, first responders, law enforcement, and corporate teambuildings as-well.

⭐Safety The highest priority at 7 Stars is safety. This is demonstrated in the meticulous training of both the instructors and the horses. 7 Stars offers controlled equine experiences under the direct supervision of highly trained staff.
⭐Respect Core to 7 Stars philosophy is respect for the art and sport of horse cutting. Respect is expected and demonstrated toward horses, leaders, environment, community, and self.
⭐Connection At 7 Stars participants experience a welcoming environment where they build relationships and a sense of belonging.
⭐Challenge From day one, participants are supported and challenged to learn new skills and take calculated risks, as they expand their comfort zone with newfound confidence.
