Green Beret Racing

Green Beret Racing (GBR) is a 501(c)(3) that builds community and camaraderie through competition. We use off-road motorsports to give active-duty service members, veterans, and supporters a reason to show up, push hard, and belong—what we call purpose beyond profession.

What we do
We design, build, and field accessible race programs and hands-on team roles—from vehicle prep and pit work to driving and media—so participants can plug into a high-trust team, train with intention, and experience the rush of real competition. Our flagship effort is the Battle of the Branches, a friendly, hard-charging series that rallies teams around service-branch pride at iconic desert events.

Why we do it
After the uniform comes off, many miss the mission, the tempo, and the team. Competition recreates that shared struggle in a positive, life-giving way. It restores routine, accountability, and tribe—protective factors against isolation—while channeling talent into something loud, real, and worth getting up for.

How we do it
We operate with a veterans-first ethic and lean, transparent budgets. No one on our team takes a salary; every dollar goes to vehicles, race entries, parts, logistics, and participant support. We partner with industry, sponsors, and volunteers to keep costs low and impact high, and we measure success by participation, readiness, and sustained engagement—not just podiums.
